LLCs in Texas
I created my LLC in Wyoming and in order to create a business bank account here in Texas, I have to either file a $750 foreign LLC document with the state or create a whole new LLC in Texas that’s owned by my WY LLC for $500. The dual LLC option is great for liability and benefits of the WY LLC but complicates taxes and accounting. Which do y’all recommend?
