Total Saved = 50,400
Pennsylvania - 52 Units (1.5 Months Free)
Avg Rent - $2000
Total Saved = 156,000
Ohio - 24 Units (3.5 Months Free)
Avg Rent - $1800
Total Saved = $151,000
That’s a total of $357,000 in FREE RENT!
I spent a total of almost $540,000 on just furniture alone for these 90 Units.
