$20,000 in Damages
Had pipes burst this morning in 1 of my buildings….Again!
5 of my units got flooded. Had to cancel all upcoming bookings ($4000 refunded).
Almost $15,000 in furniture destroyed that I have to replace out of pocket.
Day in the life, we keep on moving forward.
