Hello, New To This Group, From Fred Bartholomai
Hello All, My name is Fred Bartholomai. I am brand new to this group.
To be quite honest, I am not really sure 'how' to use ChatGPT type tools in my business.
I am captivated by what Wendy and you are all doing in this group.
Thinking how I am might be able to leverage this in what I am doing.
I don't have a course or program that I offer, as many of you in this space are doing.
I don't really provide any kind of "training" that I see many of you doing here ...
I am in the Residential Real Estate Space - Where I provide financing (short term) to buyers, investors, etc. who need financing for their properties they are buying and/or selling.
I am not a mortgage broker nor a real estate agent.
I find my borrowers mostly through networking (meet-ups, etc.), referrals from other borrowers,
repeat borrowers, through FB groups, online real estate type groups, etc.
I do buy properties as well and do outreach via "text" to property owners.
My thoughts/ideas on AI are: (Brainstorming here)
Using AI to review purchase and sale contracts, settlement statements, etc. ?
Using AI to help communicate with folks who are asking questions, (in the end
they are all asking very similar questions) ...
Maybe have AI help me write a post talking about what I do and what services I provide?
Have AI provide feedback on posts I have written?
Not sure ...
Would love to hear any feedback, comments, suggestions ....
