Just got off a 'coffee chat'
One thing I got out of this was that I needed to get more strategic with my organization skills!!
To-do list today:
- Start my Dec tracking for our skool analytics!
- Sit down with Phil and go over our November outcome to see what's working, what's not and what we need to do to improve.
Dec is going to be FUN and productive!!
