🧠PART 1: Adjust your mindset
The first thing I wanted to get out of the way is your mindset. I think mindset is one of, if not the most, important things we need to have. I always tell people ‘’You can work 16 hours every single day, but if you don’t believe you will make it, you won’t!’’. It is common sense.
That is why I am here to completely switch your mindset, and it will also help you with listening (or reading) throughout the rest of the guide.
The first thing is the fact that you are able to achieve anything you want, by just believing in yourself. You need to truly believe in the fact that you can and will make it in business, but also on your self improvement journey, your basketball tryouts.
If you don’t believe, you won’t achieve.
Second thing, relates more to your offer and the thing you want in life, find something you can be doing for the rest of your life.
I talked to this nofap coach and community owner the other day, and he mentioned to me that he didn’t see himself teaching about nofap for the next 10 years. Of course he wouldn’t, he found more enjoyment in teaching others how to do YouTube. But he got advice from someone that told him he needed to grow his nofap YouTube channel to 1k subs and only THEN he can change his offer. Because otherwise he didn’t have the credibility and proof for future clients that he can actually do it.
BS advice. I signed my first client without even knowing what I was selling. And guess what, I made that guy €1.6k in a single DAY.
This is actually the third point, you don’t need proof of what you’re saying actually works, your value that you give determines your capabilities. If you can give so much value about a certain topic, and place yourself as an authority figure, people WILL trust you and see you as the guy that can do it for them.
And also if someone needs to see proof, he probably isn’t the right person to work with, because he is already sceptical and doesn’t believe. Make sure you start filtering leads out from the start. I know you want to make money, but I only work with people that have the same drive, energy etc to actually make it.
The final thing I wanted to cover, and I also have a call recording of this, is that you ARE valuable, you just don’t know how to give value upfront!!
I had this problem where I thought I wasn’t a valuable person because I didn’t know how to help someone without him saying anything. Well no sh*t, of course you can’t, you need to give advice tailored to a person's wants and needs.
Yes you can create guides like I am doing, but it won’t be valuable to everyone, because everyone has different wants and needs. What I did to solve this was, I made the person I was talking to, either answer my questions, or made HIM answer the questions.
By doing this you can give advice wayyy easier. If you are a fitness/diet coach, ofc you can’t give someone a diet before knowing their lifestyle. You need to know about them to give tailored advice.
But also, if I were to ask a YouTube coach, that firstly didn’t know what to say, the question: ‘’What thumbnail would you suggest?’’, of course he can answer that!!
Some people, me as well, need some guidance before giving value. But don’t make this stay in the way when it comes down to helping others.

📞PART 2: How do we convert the people that message us into calls?
Okay, now you truly believe in yourself and your capabilities, right? Now it is time to make sure we reflect our dedication, our trust and self belief onto the other person. This way they see us as the authority figure, even when we don’t have proof.
How do we make sure we do this in our dms/messages that we have with our leads?
First of, I would ALWAYS suggest to message really warm leads on Whatsapp. The reason for this is because first, you have way more sending options like personal voice messages etc, and second, if I were to tell you who you talk to on Whatsapp, it will probably be friends and family members right?
Now that means it is a personal space, and if you know me a bit, I love to be personal. I love to invade people's personal space in order to truly help them out.
How do we convert these chats, to actual booked calls? It is very simple, just be you. Be yourself, talk like you would talk to someone in person! Make sure you type as you say!! If you come in with a handshake to a friend of yours whilst saying ‘’wassup bro!!’’, type that.
It is hard to create a connection without talking to someone face to face, therefore we have to act as if we were talking to this person in person. And leverage our normal language in chat.
The second thing is sharing a lot of value and recording looms or voice messages to their questions. Make sure you are the go to guy when it comes down to helping this guy! This is being done by truly showing your dedication by making personal messages and taking time out of your day to help them out for free.
Of course you have something to sell, but you need to help people out for free to be able to warm them up properly and sell to them eventually.
Warming up is the most important thing about dms. Don’t be so needy and pushy about it that people can smell that you want money out of this chat.
Give value, show dedication, personal looms/voice messages, talk like in person. That's it.
⚔️PART 3: The 2-call strat that converts wayyy better
Okay cool, you got him from dms to book the call. Now before the call takes place you want to warm them up by sending your recent video, sharing some more value, asking what they would like to talk about etc.
The main thing you always want to do before a call actually takes place is warming them up and informing them well before the call so they don’t get any surprises and have emotional spikes.
You want to make sure these guys hop on the call with you knowing exactly what they can expect okay.
The first call will mainly be small talk, value, action steps. You want to start off with just chatting about you and him, general questions like where you from yk the deal. Then you slowly want to transition to business, and talk about the answer to the question he answered before the call, and just spit value, help him out for free.
Then a bit at the end you can send him over some action steps for the next call. This way it is way easier to call the second call, that you book on the first one, a check-up call.
Now that is done, and he booked the second call, you hop off, 5 min later you send him a voice message about how amazing it was and just a bit of chat. The next day you want to send another voice message about the fact that you truly think that you can help him out even more and if it is okay if you make him an offer on the call that is scheduled.
Also mention some benefits ofc yk. This way, he knows EXACTLY what to expect, and it shows that you are very transparent and real.
For the remaining days, send value, check ins etc.
Then the second call is there. You want to give a clear structure on this. This could be an example structure
  1. Set structure at the start, mention about offer again (1-3min)
  2. Go over action steps from last call + answer questions (7-20 min)
  3. Share more value and a bit of small talk (5-10 min)
  4. Give offer + Objection handling (7-15 min)
Amazing, you got a client haha. If they decline it, never leave them alone. They’ve shown dedication and a lot of interest by hopping on 2 calls with you.
Make sure you keep talking to them and don’t lose the connection you guys have been building up. So keep following up, helping them etc etc.
This cycle works every single time!
🚀PART 4: SWTS Framework
I would call it more of a strategy that works INSANELY good when it comes down to building trust, warming leads up, and making money whilst doing something purposeful and fulfilling! Btw, SWTS means Smell When To Sell.
The first part of it is building trust. This is the most important part of the framework. Building trust is done by a few main components:
  • Being upfront and transparent
  • Give without expecting something in return
  • Value and help for free
  • Dedication and authority figure
How do we be upfront and transparent? Like mentioned earlier, it is done by being open about things like you wanting to make an offer and also just mentioning the price if they ask for it. It is mainly about not hiding ANYTHING behind your back.
Also a thing I like to do is teach what I do myself. Everything you’ve been reading so far, is something my clients and I have been implementing ourselves.
Now we need to give without expecting something in return. The main thing I do is by getting on that first call and changing my intention to laying back and spitting some value. It mostly comes down to your intention that others will also feel, even through a screen. They can see and hear and feel that you’re nervous, so they also do when you want to sell something, or when you’re just there to give value.
Then you need to show that you are a dedicated guy and that you are THE guy they need. What my clients and I do is by simply putting in a lot of effort into our leads. Like mentioned before, make everything feel personal, show that you care, and share a LOT of knowledge and value. You need to truly care about a person if you want to do this.
SWTS is a strategy that my clients and I apply in order to build trust, warm leads up, and make money.
