Guidance needed!
I am trying to print this toy for a friend's kiddo and would like to print it in color. I uploaded the image to STL Buddy and had it render a 3D model. I then put it into Blender to make the base flat for easier printing. When I put the .stl into Bambu Studio and try to paint it, I'm NOT able to (fill) paint right up to the edge with the paint, even though I'm using edge detection. I have tried various smart fill angle numbers but it doesn't make a difference.
Does the community have any recommendations on how to make the edges crisper, using Blender? I am working my way through the Sculpting tutorials but thought I would check here first. I tried to use the subdivision surface modifier from the Blender in 14 Days module but my computer kept freezing when I tried to increase the levels.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks!!
