Welcome to AI Sovereign Enterprise Lab.
This community has been created for practical people with real-world experience who know the workplace is changing and want to learn how to use AI to create independent income, without coding, tech overwhelm, or fake online-business hype.
AI is changing the world of work fast.
You can either fear it, ignore it, or learn how to use it to create your own income.
That is what this Lab is about.
Why I Created This
Over the last few years, I have watched AI explode into the business world.
I have attended AI training, travelled to Texas to study AI business models, built apps, created custom GPTs, worked with funnels, sold online, and spent decades building communities and teaching people how to take action.
I also saw something missing.
There are plenty of people teaching “AI.”
There are plenty of people selling tools.
There are plenty of people selling hype.
But what I wanted was something more practical:
A real business model ordinary people could understand, follow, and build.
Not coding.
Not pretending to be Silicon Valley.
Not selling courses to people who then sell the same course to someone else.
A real model.
That is why this Lab exists.
The First Business Model We Are Building
The first practical model we are focusing on is:
AI Lead Funnels for Real Businesses
The idea is simple.
There are thousands of businesses with:
  • no website
  • weak websites
  • poor lead capture
  • no proper follow-up system
  • no clear customer journey
  • no funnel
  • no app
  • no automation
  • no simple way to turn attention into enquiries
Using AI, we can help those businesses create better systems.
Inside this Lab, we will work on how to:
  • find businesses that need help
  • research them using AI
  • create powerful prompts with customised GPTs
  • use Claude and other AI tools to create funnel concepts
  • build funnels in Systeme .io
  • take screenshots and present ideas professionally
  • approach business owners without being a pushy sales guy
  • offer funnel builds
  • earn upfront setup fees
  • create monthly retainers
  • generate recurring software commissions
  • upsell apps, automations, and custom GPTs, mailing set ups, CRM services
  • use the “who not how” model when technical work needs outsourcing
This is not about becoming a coder.
It is about becoming someone who can spot opportunity, use AI as leverage, and bring useful solutions to real businesses.

I am not presenting this as a finished, polished empire where I pretend I have already made millions.

I am building this model in real time, and I am inviting you to build alongside me.

It is for people who want to create income without needing permission from a boss, employer, platform, or broken system.
It is for people who know they have experience, common sense, work ethic, and the ability to learn, but may not want to become technical experts.
You bring the life experience. AI brings the leverage. The AI Lab gives you the process.
What This Community Is Not
This is not a get-rich-quick group.
This is not a “press one button and money appears” fantasy.
This is not a place to sit around moaning.
This is not about spreading fear.
This is about practical action.
If you want to build, learn, test, improve, and move forward, you are in the right place.
What To Do First
Start by introducing yourself in the community.
Tell us:
  1. Who you are
  2. What experience you bring
  3. What your current AI skill level is
  4. What kind of income or business you would like to build
  5. What you feel most unsure about right now
Then go to the Classroom and begin with the Start Here section.
This Lab will grow week by week.
New training, prompts, templates, scripts, examples, and walkthroughs will be added as the model develops.
