So I've been thinking about what would actually move the needle for us as we're building these AI YouTube channels...
And honestly? It's not another tutorial. It's not another framework.
It's accountability.
It's having other people in the room when you're supposed to be working. It's that slight pressure of "okay, I said I'd finish this script today and everyone else is building too."
That's why I'm starting weekly Focus Sessions - 90 minutes where we just... build together.
No fancy presentations. No me talking at you for an hour. Just all of us on a call, screens on (if you want), actually working on our channels. Script writing. Thumbnail creation. Channel strategy. Whatever you're stuck on.
Think of it like a co-working session, but specifically for building your faceless YouTube empire.
Starting next week - every Friday at 8pm.
These are for Premium members and up, because I want to keep the group tight and focused. Small enough that we can actually help each other, not just watch.
