Hey guys, I just wanna ask this

So I'm creating AI agents and when in the confirmation of emails

It is repeating wrong most of the times

So what do you think is the best solution to do this in prompting?

Are you guys creating new function calls or custom tools?

Will know if there is any prompting involved to get all the emails straight
