Theyโre looking for a Deployment Associate to join their Deployment team and work at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customers.

โข Support customer pilots and onboarding
โข Monitor product performance across social platforms
โข Run product health checks and identify anomalies
โข Validate agent decisions and pipeline flow
โข Connect customer feedback with product improvements
โข Document insights and communicate findings clearly
โข Participate in product reviews and engineering triage
โข Suggest proactive checks, tests, and improvements
