AI Voice Cold Caller (For Cake Biz Who Don't have Website)
- n8n (Workflow) starts the call to contacts pulled from Google Sheets.
- Vapi.ai provides the AI voice agent “Emma.”
- Cal.com provides scheduling slots.
- n8n (FN) handles Emma’s tool calls (check-cal-booking-availability) for real-time slot checking and booking creation.
The system flow:
Google Sheets → n8n (P1) → Vapi.ai → (User Call) → n8n (T1 via webhook) → Cal.com → Confirmation
