Welcome to AI User Manual.
This is a training community for workflow operators — owners, managers, champions, and consultants who need reviewed AI workflows and diagnosable quality, not ChatGPT tips.
Most AI groups teach prompts. We teach failure layers. When output fails, it usually fails on a predictable layer: evidence, instruction, context, critique, or lifecycle. Rewriting the prompt fixes none of them if you picked the wrong layer.

HOW WE WORK HERE
Prompt Clinic — weekly thread where you post one workflow you're fixing. Include the task, what's failing, and which module concept you applied. Review two peers using the five-layer diagnostic.
Capstone — each path ends with a reviewed artifact (approved workflow, team SOP, governance charter, or consultant pilot). Submit in Capstone Submissions when you're ready; facilitator review within 5 business days.
Consultant matching — organizations that need live help can post in Company Requests. Certified consultants in our directory reply with scoped approaches. More on that track as the consultant roster grows.
