I’m seeing two types of AI builders right now:

1️⃣ People chasing crowded, online-first markets

2️⃣ People quietly applying AI where it’s never existed before

The second group is having way more fun — and impact.

Local service businesses don’t need “AI magic.”

They need:

• clarity

• systems

• tools that don’t confuse them

That challenge has been way more interesting than another chatbot or funnel.
