I batch 30 days of content in one afternoon — here's the exact AI workflow I use
Every Sunday afternoon. 3 hours. 30 days of content. Done.
This is the workflow that made daily publishing sustainable without burning out.
Hour 1 — Strategy:
Give Claude last month's top 5 posts. Ask it to identify the patterns, angles, and hooks that performed. Use those patterns to plan next month's themes.
Hour 2 — Production:
Feed Claude one theme at a time. Generate 2-3 posts per theme. For 10 themes, that's 20-30 posts. I review and approve as it goes.
Hour 3 — Optimization:
Run every post through a final Claude prompt: "Punch up the hook, tighten the CTA, remove any fluff." Then schedule everything.
What this gives me:
→ 30 days of content queued before Monday starts
→ Zero daily content stress
→ Consistent publishing even during busy weeks
→ Time to actually engage with my audience instead of scrambling to create
The content doesn't feel robotic because I'm injecting my own insights and experiences before Claude refines them.
AI handles the polish. I handle the ideas. Together we produce what used to take me a full week.
