HR teams waste hours screening resumes — so I built this
Hey builders 👋
I’ve been working on an AI product called Workease AI — built specifically for HR & recruitment teams who are drowning in resumes.
The core problem I kept seeing: HR teams spend hours manually screening resumes, even though 70–80% are clearly not a fit.
What Workease does:
• HR uploads a Job Description
• Candidates apply via a simple public link (no login)
• AI instantly screens resumes against that JD
• Each candidate gets a Fit Score (0–100%) with clear strengths & gaps
• HR only reviews the top-ranked profiles
It’s not “AI magic” — it’s JD-specific, explainable, and practical.
