Hi everyone,

I’ve niched down and I know my product really well. It can make and answer calls, book meetings, and handle inbound and outbound leads. It’s relevant for any business that takes phone calls—chiropractors, small businesses, contractors, property owners, you name it.

The problem is… I don’t know how to actually get paying customers. I’ve spent weeks calling, emailing, posting in groups, offering free trials, sending demos—nothing works. People either ignore me or don’t see the value. Even when I offer a free trial, it doesn’t convert; no one cares.

I don’t have referrals, case studies, or proof yet. I’ve booked a meeting next Wednesday to get guidance, but I need actionable steps before then. I’m stuck on how to approach potential clients, get them interested, and turn them into paying customers.

Has anyone here successfully sold AI solutions like this to small businesses? How did you find and close clients without existing proof or network? Any advice or frameworks would be massively appreciated.
