Allow me to introduce myself...

Hi. My name is Jim from NYC. New to the AI agency/automations/SEO space and trying to shorten the learning curve as much as possible. I have built a few gpts and chatbots for websites, including my own . The chatbot was not from scratch, but using other platforms like Chat Simple. I have one on my site https://www.roninrealtygroup.com/ that is for my real estate business. My daughter and I are looking to open a SaaS agency together and are trying to learn as much as possible. She is in college and I am retired. Trying to get them out of college debt-free. I am open to any form of business partnership if interested.
