๐จ Are you tracking your working hours?
The key value proposition of AI is... Productivity & Efficiency. Let's not overcomplicate it.
Productivity = ( Output Volume x Quality x Unfair Advantage ) / Time
Output Volume x Quality x Unfair Advantage = Value
Unfair Advantage = Skills, Talent, Network, Assets, Ability to Hire, Right Time & Place, etc.
And in Capitalism, we measure Value = $$$
Productivity = $$$ / Hour
Elon Musk is more productive because of his Unfair Advantage.
You are not Elon Musk, but you have AI to help you produce more quality output in less time.
โฑ๏ธ If we can measure time - we can improve productivity.
๐จ If we can measure the volume of output produced - we can improve productivity.
๐จ If we can measure the quality of the output - we can measure efficiency.
โ Productivity is not about adding 100 AI tools, processes, and 20 AI assistants.
โ
Productivity is about subtraction and simplification.
You can't objectively improve productivity if you can't measure one of the key components.
It's time to stop chasing AI trends and start squeezing this technology for what it is good for.
While Output Volume & Quality are Use Case specific, TIME is universal.
๐ฐ Increase volume & quality, but time stays constant - $100/hour
๐ฐ๐ฐ Increase volume & quality, AND do it in half time - $200/hour
Boom, you just doubled your income without doing dropshipping.
And it does not have to be fancy, just start with basics like email which drains everyone's sole on a regular basis.
