AI gone…worker surveillance ?
If you can’t measure it you can’t improve it.. used to the extreme.
How would you feel if your work is non stop monitored if you are efficient, enough?
Now for low labour work, but I bet you it’s coming for white collar labor force too.
Especially as the debate about remote work is here to stay.
