Costs to set up...

I am assessing the potential costs for setting up this business so have created a spreadsheet with annual fees versus monthly so would like to ask for your feedback on the platforms I have included. With that in mind, can you let me know what I have missed and/or if there are duplicates? I think I may have a duplicate for POD but am still very green so I am sure you will be kind in your responses.
