How can I change whatever happened on insa

So to start with all of this so far has been a huge nothing. I have an insta account with around 1100 followers after 3 months.. blergh. Now for whatever reason none of my posts hit non followers. I have 4 little green ticks in the account status.

I do a lot of my insta posting in my laptop cause I just have all my ref images there and use photopea etc.

Would that have caused me issues. I was logged in to two accounts on my phone, could that be the issue.

So I am still broke as fuck and want to try this one more time.

I have an old phone that only works on wifi. Should I set up a new account on that? Should I not use my laptop to post with.

Dunno, 3.5 months in and made a out $40, want to reset and try again but dont know what I messed up with my insta.
