Change sim card from different country

Hey Gz, I am about to move in a different country to live.

I have created my IG with a local sim card, no personal info was required to activate the sim card

However in the country where im going now, i must put my personal ID card to activate the sim card.

I’ve got banned previously on IG with my personal information and selfie as well.

Do you think IG can read the data of the sim card and that is on my name?

And also how should I change the number do not look suspicious to IG.

Should i keep the current number in IG and than just to add the new sim in the phone and add it in IG as a second number?
