Just wrapped this up, a Telegram-to-Notion automation for William
You know that chaos when clients or teammates keep sending random files, screenshots, or updates on Telegram and before you know it, everything’s buried in chats?
Yeah, that was William’s pain point.
So I built this pretty simple (but powerful) flow:
- Every time a message drops in Telegram, text, image, or file
- it automatically uploads to Notion,
- saves files in Google Drive,
- logs them in Google Sheets,and
- even sends a completion message back.
No more digging through chat threads or chasing missing files. Everything stays organized, synced, and easy to find.
Honestly, I think more teams need something like this, especially those managing clients directly from Telegram.
