A key challenge I see in scaling n8n and AI automations
As I continue building and refining client workflows in n8n, one pattern keeps coming up across different projects. Most automations work well at the beginning, but things become unstable once clients start adding their own inputs or when the volume of tasks increases.
I’m interested in discussing how others here approach this. How do you structure your workflows so clients can manage parts of the system without causing reliability issues? And what helps you maintain consistency as the automation grows?
