Stop starting new chats
The biggest waste in how most people use AI is throwing away context.
Every new chat starts from nothing. You re explain your business, your customer, your constraints, and then you get a generic answer, because generic is all you gave it.
Try the opposite. Keep one long running thread per project. Paste in your real numbers, your actual copy, the emails you genuinely sent. By the tenth exchange it understands the problem better than a new contractor would after a week.
The context is the asset. The prompt is not.
This is also why people think the tool got worse over time. It did not. They just kept starting over.
One caution. Do not paste anything you would not want stored. Customer data, card numbers, anything covered by an agreement.
