Everyone selling AI automation right now leads with the big build.
Get on a call first.
Cold, to someone who has never heard of them.
Here's the offer I'd run instead.
Charge ten dollars to deploy someone a personal AI agent. No call, no proposal. They pay, you spin it up, they text it that afternoon and it answers.
These things cost almost nothing to run. Mine live in isolated containers on a home server. If you don't have one, a low cost VPS is about five dollars a month, and your coding agent can provision it in seconds.
The ten dollars is the price of getting a yes.
Ten bucks is the easiest yes in the world. You'll get a flood of them.
And then the real offer shows up on its own.
Because what they actually need is help connecting it to their tools, setting up their knowledge base, and moving it somewhere with more power. That's the back end, and by then they've already paid you once and watched the thing work.
The mistake is leading with the offer that needs a signature.
Lead with the one that needs a card.
