Legal class question
In the legal staff classroom, it states under Children and Minors:“Never create AI images or videos of real children.”
Could you please clarify what this means in practice? Does it mean that AI-generated children must not resemble real, identifiable children, or does it specifically mean that real photos of children cannot be used as source material to create AI images or videos?
I would appreciate clarification, as the wording is unclear.
