Hi everyone! I’m Terry — mom of five and grandma of eight! 💕 I’m a Realtor and love helping people find their perfect home and start new chapters in their lives.

I met Ash years ago in a Facebook group that she and her husband hosted, and I even took one of her AI classes on her personal page. I’ve also had a couple of basic AI sessions through my Realtor continuing ed, but I still consider myself a learner — and I’m having fun with it!

So far, I’ve used AI for all sorts of things — from planning a workout program that fits my needs, to finding the perfect Love Boat-themed New Year’s Eve costume, to learning how to dress like a Saturday Night Live character for another party. I’ve also used it in my real estate business — writing a home listing description, creating a paint color palette from a photo I loved, and even explaining how hotspots work or the differences between VA and conventional loans from a seller’s perspective.

Now I’m excited to learn even more about how to use AI to boost my social media and attract new clients for my real estate business. I’m so happy to be here and can’t wait to learn and share ideas with all of you!
