Hi, I'm Monica and I jsut met Ash in a group yesterday and she invited me to join. I love to learn new things. I can't stop! I've been using chagGPT in my business to help me create posts for social media and to help me create newsletters in my business. I also use it instead of google in my personal life. I'm curious about the prompts and how to expand what I already know. Excited to hear about the use in perimenopause because I serve women over 40 who are dealing with peri and menopause symptoms
