Part 1 - The Roadmap to Automation
For our community...Automate Your Income, I would recommend us follow a simple principle:
Build → Launch → Automate → Scale
Most people fail because they jump straight to automation before they actually have something making money. This is an 8 phase journey so as not to overwhelm members we will split this into two parts.
💥💥💥💥💥Phase 1: Foundation (Days 1-7)
Goal:
Create your income infrastructure.
Tasks:
✅ Create a Gmail account dedicated to business
✅ Create a Canva account
✅ Create a Gumroad account
✅ Create an Instagram account
✅ Create a ChatGPT account
✅ Join the community and introduce yourself
Outcome:
Everyone has the tools needed to start.
⚡⚡⚡⚡Phase 2: Pick an Income Source (Week 2)
Goal:
Choose ONE income vehicle.
Options:
- Canva Templates
- Digital Planners
- Ebooks
- AI Prompt Packs
- Mini Courses
- Freelance Services
- Social Media Content Packages
- Automation Templates
Community Assignment:
Answer:
"How will you make your first $100 online?"
Outcome:
Every member has a clear direction.
❗❗❗Phase 3: Create Your First Product (Week 3)
Goal:
Build something people can buy.
Examples:
- 10 Canva Templates
- AI Prompt Bundle
- Mini Ebook
- Hook Mastery Style Course
- Canva Crash Course
- Spreadsheet Template
Community Assignment:
Post a screenshot of your product.
Outcome:
Members stop consuming and start creating.

Goal:
Publish the product.
Tasks:
✅ Upload to Gumroad
✅ Create Product Cover
✅ Create Thumbnail
✅ Write Product Description
✅ Set Price
Outcome:
Everyone has a live product.
