I'm terrified and afraid where cybersecurity is going...We need change...😶
After 6 months of interviews, reading CVs, asking questions and we still didn't sign a new member. Am I too picky? Maybe...or maybe the industry is changing way too fast and it's harder to find talent. People are not using AI correctly and they outsource every thinking and decision to it. Even experienced security professionals rellaying on it too heavily.
Initially this community should have been primarly for people already in cyber, but it will change...it has to change. I'm still going to cover advanced topics. At the same time, in the upcoming months, I will heavily focus content on helping people get into cyber. We need more talented people. Hackers are not going to wait and this is important to me.
