Why We Have to Create Our Own Voices!
Y'all! I was working on a new script for The Mirror Room, Aya's talk and OMFG...the voice I was using just disappeared!!! THIS is why I prefer to create my own voices! First I had to find the notes where I had thankfully written down the voice I used. FOUND IT! But when I searched for it in HeyGen....GONE, ADIOS, NO LONGER THERE!
Thankfully, I had only recorded the intro. So now I will either have to clone the original voice or select another voice and redo the intro for the voices to match! This is only the beginning! Make your own voices because we can't depend on these platforms to maintain the same voices! They can retire them at whim with no notice. What if I had made dozens of them with that voice! Thankfully, I did not. Oh and this was HeyGen!
Lesson learned early!
