I’m Dr. Sheila Smith. I was raised in New Jersey, shaped by resilience and real-world experience, and I now live on the outskirts of OKC, just minutes from the historic legacy of Black Wall Street. That history matters to me—it reminds us that ownership, innovation, and community economics are part of our inheritance.
My work sits at the intersection of faith, business strategy, AI, and community building. For decades, I’ve helped individuals and organizations move from confusion to clarity, from ideas to execution, and from potential to sustainable impact.
