I'm currently in Dubai, sat with Paras ($250k MRR) last night, he's currently doing cold email for Ai SEO. Where he has a solid offer. It's not his main lead gen channel.

They send about 20,000 emails atm and get 40 responses.

The offer is very targeted.It's something along these lines.
