I run an advisory business that enables SMB owners to recapture their busy time and convert it into more strategic activities which directly increase the value of their business.

I have 25+ years in exec roles at JPMorgan and Adecco, and 15 years at Microsoft where I’ve led digital transformations capturing over $500M in value.

I take what I've learnt from the big corporates to build the small start-ups into growth companies. I've founded 8 start-ups in ecommerce, property and consulting, been part of 2 others that were purchased and 2 that went bust. I'm an engineer and Harvard MBA, a repeat angel investor, and have had roles as non-exec, Advisory and Board Director, including a public company.

I love combining my sales leadership, entrepreneurial passion, and deep M&A expertise to guide founders, owners, and solopreneurs to unlock growth and level-up their business. In this group, I want to focus on high-impact strategies, taking the recaptured time we will all create for our clients with AI and automation, to focus on high-value activities like sales strategies, partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and preparing for a maximum value exit.

I am Canadian 🇨🇦, live in Switzerland 🇨🇭(GMT+1), have six kids, and love life-long learning.
