I am trying to plan my build for an inbound ai voice agent for an HVAC company and I am getting a bit confused as to how I can structure it in retell. As HVAC companies have lots of different services and technicians how would the booking appointment work with retell. Would i need lots of different calendars per service and technician.
Also what if someone needs an emergency visit, you will need to allocate the nearest technqian to them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and i would love to connect with some others in the HVAC space.
