The method comes from Andrej Karpathy - the same pattern the godfather of AI uses for his own knowledge system.

What we built:

- A vault that ingests any source (YouTube transcripts, PDFs, tweets)

- Wiki pages that Claude writes and cross-references automatically

- A Claude.md schema that loads before every session so Claude already knows who you are

The result: Claude stops having amnesia.

You stop re-explaining yourself.

The brain compounds every time you use it.

2. Open Claude Code inside your vault

3. Ingest one source - one YouTube transcript, one PDF, one article

4. Query it
