The business would need to cooperate, respond to leads, provide access to accurate business information, and allow me to measure the results. In exchange for the free build, I would request: - Permission to document the starting condition - Access to agreed performance numbers - Honest feedback throughout the pilot - Permission to publish the results as a case study - A testimonial only if the work genuinely earns one The goal is to produce real evidence showing what was built, what changed, which parts worked, and where the system still needs improvement. That case study could then support future audits, outreach, proposals, and sales conversations. My concern is whether offering the entire system free creates a strong proof opportunity—or gives away too much before the offer has been validated.
