🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | August 1 – August 7
From $85K ARR and doubled salaries to Fortune 500 discovery calls, first clients, and public SaaS launches - this week inside AIS+ showed what months of consistent building can turn into. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Abdurrahman Ibrahim grew Sonder from zero to $85K ARR in just 4 months, reaching 100 paying subscribers and delivering more than 2,000 videos. 👉 @Erfan Atoofi doubled his base salary just 2 months after joining AIS+ after management saw the impact of the automations he was building internally. 👉 @Bruce Harrison stepped into a Fortune 500 discovery call with confidence, asked better questions, and uncovered a much bigger opportunity around the Executive Command Center he built with Claude Code. 👉 @Xavier Williams landed his first client just 3 weeks into AIS+, building a client-facing analytics dashboard that pulls together Meta and Google data for non-technical users. 👉 @Jesse Gaskins earned the Top 1% Skool creator badge by consistently publishing 7 posts and 7 videos every week without missing a day. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Jim Anderson Jim joined AIS+ because he wanted to get serious about AI and stop feeling like the technology was moving past him. He started small, followed the training step by step, and built his first client-facing financial automation. His biggest lesson? You don’t need to understand all the code. You need to understand the problem, keep the process simple, and build one step at a time. That shift has given him the confidence to solve problems he previously didn’t think he could. 🎥 Watch Jim’s story 👇 ✨ Months of learning can suddenly turn into one big result. Step inside AI Automation Society Plus and start building the skills, systems, and confidence that compound into real opportunities 🚀

What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.

7 day AIS Challenge - Day 4 (RevOps Digest)
- What I deployed: A completed "fetch-and-score-hubspot-data" run in the Trigger.dev Production dashboard showing all four tasks live, including the scheduled weekly task with a completed run. - What it does: A RevOps Weekly Health Digest automation that connects to a client's HubSpot CRM every Monday morning, flags stalling or at-risk deals using configurable risk thresholds, and delivers a prioritized digest through email, Slack, or ClickUp, whichever channel the client already works in. - One thing that broke: The very first real production run failed with HubSpot API error (429): You have reached your secondly limit, turns out fetching ~8,800 deals meant 200+ sequential HubSpot API calls with zero backoff, which trips their rate limit even without any concurrency on my end. Claude Code diagnosed it straight from the Trigger.dev run trace, added retry-with-exponential-backoff (honoring HubSpot's Retry-After header) to the shared API client, and then verified the fix by re-running against the same live dataset and confirming the resulting task actually landed in ClickUp (as well as email and Slack when tested), not just that the run showed green. Getting this from a local script to something running unattended in the cloud, across three delivery channels, tested against real CRM data, was a genuinely bigger lift than I expected going in, but that's exactly the kind of thing this challenge is for. 🚀 Sincerest gratitude to @Nate Herk and the AIS team for putting this community together. It has been so impactful on me just by being part of the community and showing up learning along the way. It's a small digest, but it now runs unattended every Monday against real CRM data and only bugs me when there's actually something worth knowing about.
