Looking for AI developer partner/freelance

Hey all, I am looking for a "tech partner"/freelancer for my AAA I am launching. I have two niches that I have 20+ years experience in that hasn't quite adapted to this technology yet and Ive identified a couple pain points that I could solve with some solutions. I have a background in business as well, my hopes are to find a dev/tech or 2 to partner with that can handle all the builds and I would handle all the business ( client outreach/nurture/pitch/demo's/point of contact). I am looking to start with AI chatbots/voice bots that can handle product FAQ's/order placement/order status/outbound updates. I also want to design a lead generation automation that can scrape, qualify, nurture, if/if not paths for email replies, pass off to human for hot leads. I have one very warm lead that I'd like to build out a prototype/MVP to market test for. I understand n8n on the surface but the technical ins and outs Im still a novice on. I am in the US pacific time zone. Am looking for someone idealistically in the same area (North America/south America) so timezones aren't an issue. Am open to a freelance option or a 50/50 partnership. Lets chat!!!!
