Lead Generation Systems

Does anyone have experiencing building out lead generation systems that actually produce results? I have an HR consulting services firm client that is asking me to build out a lead generation system for him. I don't need anything super fancy, just something that produces results.

My main question is: what tech stack did you use? I was thinking of Apify for LinkedIn scraping + n8n for lead nurturing and scheduling. If anyone has experience with this, please drop a comment or feel free to DM me.
