A new brain? How to handle the old one?

When I initially started jumping into learning AI, I actually came across KJ rainey's channel and I developed my first AI brain with him. I would say my AI brain is still in the toddler stage. As much has not been added to it. I keep my active projects there with separate project folders and have a dedicated skill section where I keep my skills.

After completing Nate's 7-Day challenge, I'm wondering if I should jump into the AI OS lessons to create a new AI Brain from scratch and then just import items from the old one. I posted another topic about agents and roles. If I create this new AI OS do I add an area within the OS for my agent roles to reside? I guess I'm just trying to look into more efficient structures and how to layer everything out so it can serve me down the road as the AI brain and my agents increase in quantity and growth.
