A sleepless night..

after chatting to several different AI,

basically the whole night,

it turned out that,

GHL, for Swiss, UK, US, Dubai clients is fine,

but for all EU clients there is a so called "US CLOUD Act." since 2018,

It frequently clashes with the EU's strict GDPR data privacy laws, creating a legal dilemma for European companies whose data is held by US-owned providers..

What a fucking nightmare this entire subject is,

after hours and hours of learning about this,

it comes down to YES you can still use GHL for EU client 100% save,

but only its funnel and website builder functions where no data is hold inside the crm etc..

wau the bloody reason why i decided to do this tool to me and my mental health trying to learn it,

was exactly, that I was sick of 20 different tools, so hoping only to need a single tool for all things to do in the future..

tommorrow is another important call with a potenzial client,

he want to run automations for follow ups to his offers on top of his offer genration tool..

I dont no what to tell him, since

the only 100% way to do that would be over n8n hosted by hetzner,

which is whole nother system yet to fully understand - I am supposed to sell him as the expert - by tommorrow 11 am.

Thomas -- an in fact my german accountant - first ghl client - i "closed last sunday" should also not be served by GHL at all. -- so i can cancel that one - and all the setup work was for nothing.
