Can Claude really build your n8n workflows from just a prompt—or even a screenshot?

I put it to the test, and the results were... mixed.

Here's what I found:

Prompting Power: With the right system prompt and the full n8n documentation uploaded, Claude can generate JSON templates for workflows. But without precise guidance, it often misses the mark.
Screenshot Magic: Feeding Claude a screenshot of a workflow? It attempts to recreate it, but the output often requires significant tweaking.
Opus 4 Upgrade: Using Claude Opus 4 improved results slightly, but the workflows still weren't plug-and-play.
Human Touch Needed: Despite its capabilities, Claude's outputs often need manual adjustments to function correctly.
