My first introduction to AI Automation.
When people used to onboard to projects at my workplace, I had to manually add them onto the software we use and write their names,email, role of access they were given and the discipline they was in.
After a while we automated it and now they onboard and when the automation occurs around every 2 hours, they get an introduction email with relevant file links, their access role and level and how to log into the software data source. Which allowed my team to work less.
However even with the advance of AI, human input is still needed incase someone needs an extra level access that was approved by the disciple lead.
