- Pending enquiry follow-ups - Whatsapp Reminder's everyday - BO
- Advance payment & contract checks - Whatsapp Reminder's everyday - BO
- Attendance vs biometric log validation - Admin
- Monthly salary + payslip gen - Admin
- GST / Rent / Bill reminders (with escalation) - Admin
- Housekeeping material tracking - Admin
- WhatsApp query bot: “What bookings today?” etc.
