first n8n workflow!
This workflow is to get best flight deals.
๐ Input:
A simple Google Form where someone enters their travel details (name, email, departure city, arrival city, dates, number of travellers).
โ๏ธ What the workflow does:
- Captures the form response into Google Sheets
- Fetches the best flight deals from Google Flights and Kiwi (via Apify)
- Merges and formats all results automatically
- Prepares a ready-to-send email draft for the requester
๐ฉ Output:
Within seconds the requester receives an email with a clear list of the cheapest flight options from multiple sources โ no manual searching needed.
