opencode? or is claude code an absolute must

I am trying to use opencode to connect to orgo and control it. I am struggling with it remembering that orgo is connected even though I created a skill.

I am starting to think Claude Code is a must for running the Orgo instance. I have been holding out partly because I already have a shit ton of other subscriptions, but also partly because I don't want to be beholden to just anthropic/claude models when working on my local computer.

would love to hear if anyone else is using opencode by chance.
