Made my first automation!
What it does: Customer scans QR in the shop → opens WhatsApp chat with Rocket Room (company I'm interning at) → bot asks 3 feedback questions → stores name, phone number, answers in Google Sheet automatically
How I built it: WhatsApp Business API (via Twilio or WhatsApp Cloud API) + simple Node.js/Python webhook hosted free on Vercel!
